Where do I even begin? After induction program first one month will be good. then you will be asked to learn Jurassic era technology and if u refuse it and still be in bench, then u will be terminated with three months NP. The major thing is HRs and Managers don't do any work and they put all the blame on employee forcing him to leave the company. it's about time somebody sue them

Opportunities in the area of IT. Great if you are looking to put your finance degree/ masters to waste.

Cons

Mismatches in skill set, stingy with salary, no bonuses, bad welfare, slow progression, very long notice period of 3 months. Superiors make no effort to fight for your promotion or increment unless you make noise. Little effort in employee retention. Body shopping company with no professional training, mostly learning on the job. Overall a place required to fend for yourself.

Boring tasks, possible to end up without work or the job at all because the 'customer' decides to cut down your project, salary is less than market average, bad reputation of the company
