working in international world-wide spread team interesting domain (foreign exchange markets)

Cons

sometimes it was really tough and hard to meet our goals so I may say you should work under pressure some time, but it's worth a try

The best feature is internal ability, that is a possibility to switch project easily and even move to another country.

Cons

The main client is Deutsche bank whose projects are just normal investment bank projects with lots of bureaucracy, access limitations and such. Roughly 80% of the Luxoft stuff is working on DB projects.
