Interesting projects with cutting-edge technologies, good work conditions, very sociable and kind people. Competitive benefits.

Cons

Has no bench, no guaranties for programmer if the project ends or interrupts. He has only 10 days to find a new position inside the company and will be fired if he couldn't.
