Disorganized Administrative Nightmare

Pros

They do offer tuition reimbursements for employees and decent health-care.

Cons

The administration is the most disorganized mess I've seen at an educational institution. Politics rule the land, and the college is behind in terms of technology and instructional design by at least 25 years. There is no set policies and administrators rule as they wish with no accountability on them. The buildings are old and are riddled with hazards. Nobody in administration seems to know what is going on and often loses paperwork, which isn't shocking since everything is done on paper and hoarded in several administrators offices.

It is fun teaching students, and I learn something new everyday and/or reinforce what I have learned in the past.

Cons

It is only seasonal, part time work.
