Lyles Construction Group reviews

Several departments had very poor leadership, especially the Risk Management department. Very poor communication throughout the company and very high turnover rate in the risk management department, and a few others. When I left this is something they were aware of and they were making efforts to correct so hopefully if enough people speak up it can effect some positive change. I did my best while there to try address the issues within the company but it was a losing battle due to poor leadership.

Company is hesitant to change and still using old methods. Not much growth career wise within the company and leaders are too busy to build that growth.
