Good benefits, good amount of vacation time and they pay your healthcare premiums 100%, opportunities to discuss interesting field-related topics remotely after work

Cons

The pay is not good, they underbid the contract I'm working on and the wages are not competitive with the current market. Base pay is exactly the same for this position as it was 10 years ago.

Cons

Unfortunately, I worked a manager who has a chip on their shoulder and only wanted employees just like them.
