      Salary is reasonably competitive Commute is great Teleworking/Remote working opportunities Role is strictly enforced There is a growth path and management wants to see you grow Employee stock ownership

      Cons

      Teleworking is a bit unbalanced in how it's enforced, though that is dependent on the role and position. Due to strict role enforcement, there isn't as much room for growth on the job. Instead, you have to go outside the company or using the company's internal channels

      Employer-paid healthcare, 401k match, training/education reimbursements, and people are always quick to respond if you need something. Seems better than other contract companies I've heard of.

      Cons

      Still a contract company, so less overall stability compared to federal counterparts (usually)
