The department I work with is fun, committed, all team players and we get along extremely well which makes coming to our home away from home, worthwhile! Employee engagement activities have increased, and management is actively seeking ongoing feedback This company honors seniority, and has given me a higher accrual rate of PTO accordingly I've been able to utilize my PTO when requested
Cons
Would like to see opportunity for bonuses outside of the nursing staff. It seems like nursing are the only employees eligible for any types of bonuses
