Pros

It's a family-owned business that really feels like a family. No one is cut throat and everyone is genuinely helpful. I've worked at many companies and I feel like this is a really great culture fit. Benefits are really great too, especially compared to other real estate development and property management companies.

Cons

It's a small-ish company so upward mobility is somewhat limited, but if there are any openings senior management always asks current employees to raise their hands first which is nice!
