      Senior management focuses on the small things and never provide kudos for the big accomplishments that have been achieved. Senior management as expects you to put Lyon first before family even though they preach family first values. The "experience fee" that is charged to residents (per residents) is a joke, there is NO EXPERIENCE to enjoy.

      money motivated upper management strongly cares about numbers and stats over everything upper management constant involvement small teams due to low budget
