Thank you for your candid feedback regarding your work experience at Lyon. We agree that Lyon has changed over the last few years. This change was purposeful so that we can become focused on the experience of all stakeholders, including our residents and employees. We have transformed our culture to a more employee-friendly environment by adding employee perks such as casual dress, flexible schedules and employee happy hours. We have also created an Operations Steering Committee that is made up of employees across various locations, so that we can build consensus on all the changes that are taking place. In response to your feedback regarding our IT Department, we have recently engaged with external IT services so that we be more proactive in providing IT support to our residents and employees. We do our best to treat all employees with fairness and respect. If you feel that you are being treated unfairly, I encourage you to reach out to Human Resources directly. As the Head of HR, I can ensure you that your concerns will be heard and your issues will be addressed. We care about how employees think and feel and we strive for a culture of engagement and transparency.
