      A place where people truly matter

      Pros

      I have been having a really great experience with this place of work. The leadership is friendly, open, and genuinely concerned with performance, as well as people. The culture of accountability is great, but it is combined with support and collaboration. The emphasis on connection is the most striking aspect because, in fact, the managers reserve time to know their teams, and feedback is two-way. They have celebrations of wins, foster growth and a strong desire to nurture the talent within. The organization still develops smartly and purposefully. There is no confusion in communicating, it has high expectations (in a good sense) and pride in great work done together.

      Cons

      As in any developing organization things change fast- it could mean that priorities change. But it is somehow good that leadership explains why changes should take place and that everyone is in line.

      My 35-year journey here has been filled with opportunity, growth, and meaningful experiences. I started in one role and, over time, was encouraged to step into new challenges, develop new skills, and continue learning at every stage of my career. This is a company that believes in its people. When you show initiative and commitment, doors open. I’ve worked with incredible teams and leaders who value collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. It’s been rewarding to grow alongside the company and contribute in ways that truly matter.

      Cons

      Cons: Growth at Lyon requires initiative. Opportunities don’t always come looking for you—you need to raise your hand, speak up, and be willing to step outside your comfort zone. A growth mindset, forward thinking, and adaptability are essential here. I thrive in this kind of environment, but it’s not for everyone—and that’s okay.
