Maybe...... The people that you have a chance to meet! I'm really having a hard time thinking of one. I will update this if I think of one.

Cons

Terrible upper Management! Both of the General Manager's should not be in the roles that they are in. Both are highly disrespectful to their employees and their residents. Lyon doesn't pay well, the cost of there Health care plan when up! Good for Lyon... Pay their employee's like crap and raise the cost of Health care! Good for you guys

Pros

Lyon Living has undergone a lot of positive changes in the past year. They remodeled the corporate office so the new open floor plan has improved the overall vibe and communication between departments. The atmosphere is fun and inviting and we're attracting a lot of great talent bc of it. I've been at the company for over 2 years and I can honestly say that it's the best job I've ever had. Multi-family real estate can be a pretty stale industry but Lyon Living really lets you be creative and bring new ideas to the table.

Cons

Communication between the corporate office and onsite teams can be tough sometimes, but overall I've seen a big improvement within the last couple of years. Also, with all the new ppl sometimes their ideas clash with ppl who have been here 25+ years, but in general everyone's on the same page.

Lyon was a great company. Had a family feel but has gone. The only plus we have now is being forced to look to find better Property management companies.

Cons

Corporate extremely unorganized and has lost how to communicate with property level. Complete disconnect from corporate and property level. New upper management is horrible and only care about themselves.
