Pros

There is a genuine family dynamic with every team I've worked with here. You're always encouraged to speak your ideas and try new things. There's constant change, but in a good way. If something isn't right or just doesn't work, you can bring new ideas to the table that they are willing to try. If you have the right drive and passion for what you do, there are great career paths for you to grow and get promoted. If you like a creative, fun, and open work environment this is the place to be.

Cons

As with any company that has been around a few years, there are a select few tenured team members that aren't "all-in" and can bring down the vibe. As long as you realize that they aren't in the majority, you'll be fine.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company and my fellow employees. I have been employed full time with Lyon Living for over 7 years. Since starting with the company, I have learned so much in regards to Property Management, not to mention, this company allows me to manage my product, and allows me make my own decisions as it pertains to running the business. Senior Management is very Forward Thinking!

Cons

All jobs have their cons, but nothing stands out to me that I would need to share in this review.

I have worked for Lyon Living for some time and it's been a great ride! I love the fact that everyone knows our team members by name and not just a number. When we have things to say, people listen. Lyon is innovated in its systems and approaches. I love that we stand apart from other companies. Lyon really has worked on providing an experience for it's employees and I appreciate that. Thank you Lyon for providing me a wonderful career. I also know that I have provided all that I can to make Lyon a better company.
