Lyon has an awesome leadership team who is always willing to help and collaborate to achieve a goal. The culture, Mission Statement and Values are far superior to other property management companies I have worked for. I am empowered to make decisions.

Team members. I have the best team in the company, but funny enough, all of us tend to say this. It is because, we hire smart, fun and hard working people. We create a family with them and the culture promotes this, so we all become close and work for the common goal which is providing a close and fun environment both within the company and on our properties with our residents. Our CEO and Upper Management are very involved, they are extremely approachable and we are all encouraged to voice our opinions. Meet Frank Suryan only once and you understand why we have such longevity within the company and why we all feel like a family, his vision and approach to each and every one of us is nothing short of amazing.
