They currently have their salaried employees operating the plant 24/7. Overall plant safety is being sacrificed by inexperienced skeleton crews and contractor maintenance. Managers, Engineers and other salaried employees are manning the units and control consoles until their labor dispute has been resolved

BAD work/life balance, poor/weak office culture & managers, employees NOT encouraged to think outside the box, some employees very overworked, while others pass the buck to avoid work. Managers are blind to this. Managers hold employees back, and do not promote, keeping their own cost centers down, thereby garnering larger bonuses for themselves. Many employees not replaced, once they leave, creating much more work for those who stay. Most employees I know are looking for opportunities to leave the company.
