      The compensation and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      Leadership and upper management do not listen to employees. No development and very political work environment - hostile at times. More compete than team.

      Pros

      The people I work with is the only "Pro" about Lyondellbasell.

      Cons

      Micro-management, can't trust any management, Sr. Leadership is terrible, benefits are sub-par, they cut budgets and headcount while increasing leaderships bonus, recruiters are good, but the hr / employees relations people suck at the downtown tower. No teamwork at all with in any group at lyondell, everyday is like a day on survivor island.
