Pros
Unlike what most of the others on here have to say, I think Lyris is a great place to work for. Their compensation is outstanding. They will include a relocation package and corporate housing for the right people. The location is so much better than other parts of the country. It's a company in a great space, that is moving in the right direction, and has put in place a management team that will kick butt and take names over time. The best part is they will even hire people into management that don't have a lot of experience doing it and will learn on the job.
Cons
like any organization, it has some challenges. Morale still doesn't seem too great with the people under me and other non-management types. Seems like people tend to gossip and talk behind people's backs more than they should. It also seems like people don't work hard enough
