Pros

Good benefits, sales/construction relationships are stronger than other builders, and solid product. Great leadership at the regional and national level. Local leadership is hit or miss.

Cons

Management decisions made due to friendships that remain well known is hurtful to overall morale.

Pros

When I first started, the product was something to brag about.

Cons

The quality of product went downhill, more so mimicking competitors. There was a lot of favoritism and double standards. Really unhelpful management that wasn't there for the team.
