      Great Corporate team, good leadership, allow appropriate autonomy to the job, customer centric, responsive, quality home building.

      Cons

      Ill equipped in dealing with disputes on a local level. Protect politically connected with wrongdoing. Poor post interview for collecting insights for honest communication.

      Pros

      Very concerned with the welfare of its employees. Excellent management. They take the time to make sure you know your job before dropping you into it. Make sure you ask questions so you aren't surprised.

      Cons

      There is nothing wrong with this place. Just make sure you ask questions and have everything documented. Email is a wonderful tool.
