Pros

There are a lot of good things to be said about working at M/I. The work/home life balance is definitely there. Everyone at the home office gets along and it's pretty much a stress free environment. It's one of those places that you don't mind coming to work. The CEO visits each division often, so you actually know who is running your company. The management is, for the most part, really good.

Cons

Growth is minimal. Processes tend to change constantly. Communication can sometimes get lost. It can be difficult working through a corporate office that is not located in the same city. The insurance and days off could be better.
