      Well built homes with a great sales, construction, and office staff that care about each other.

      Cons

      Every since there was a change in leadership, things have progressively moved in the wrong direction. Many employees are trying to find other opportunities due to significant shift in culture. Where there was once a since of collaboration, it is now about one person's ideas and directives. All positions are now being hired from outside and not within the company. Limited opportunity for career growth.
