Pros

None that I can think of now.

Cons

Management lies constantly. Obvious favoritism. They will let you go for trying to get help for your mental health.

Pros

The company cares about you and your success. They also more importantly care about helping the customer. Takes a while to get going but the career is lucrative and fulfilling.

Cons

Work-life balance can be a struggle sometimes. The first year as a NHC is tough pay wise. You need to get to a full year to start earning any meaningful money.

Pros

Pay when you finally receive it, after all of the draws are deducted…. You may be able to pay a few bills.

Cons

Horrible management, this company does NOT stand by absolutely any of the onboarding values. There is no stability, no structure and constant gaslighting and manipulation.
