      Honest upper management; simple, consolidated software systems; smaller public company that feels less bureaucratic than other national homebuilders.

      Cons

      Lack of common processes across the various divisions; low operational profit compared to other public builders leads to constant budget scrutiny and low chances for compensation increases. Little opportunity for advancement at other divisions because divisions work in silos and do not share information.
