Division Office

Pros

Free beverages & snacks & a half way decent free gym.

Cons

Horrible “long-time employee clicks” who make that place so miserable to walk in to every morning. Upper management, the Division President included, walk around like they have no clue of the division amongst the various teams, 2 specifically that totally get left out of everything.... If you do not make 70K or more a year, you are looked down on & treated like a low life there unfortunately. No clear direction, training or guidance on anything you do. Do not let the name of the company fool you like it did me in wanting to work there. Sorry, just had to be honest since everybody there is too scared & intimidated to speak up to anyone about the toxic atmosphere there.

Pros

opportunity to meet people and make connections.

Cons

Management. Upper management doesn’t care about you. Obvious favoritism.
