Pros

They do not micromanage, flexible work hours and support staff is great!

Cons

Lack of direction and 1-on-1 interaction between the "doers" and the decision makers. Local and corporate leadership seem to forget about the worker-bees who are making their job easier and more efficient. High turnover in local office.

Pros

Working thru the Tri-stone / MI transition allowed me to meet new and interesting people in the industry.

Cons

Changes in staff were like growing pains as some individuals from other corporate cultures came into the company.

Pros

They have a good IT department.

Cons

Micro Manage everyone. Not enough staff to cover the workload. High expectations on delivery, while pushing employees beyond their limits. No work/life balance, very stressful environment with no upside to offset that. Sweat shop mentality by management. Don't trust anyone working for them, and treat all their employees with skepticism and doubt.
