Still seemingly a big desire in technology to collaborate and achieve at a high level, as the bank suffers from crawling its way out of ancient tech and old standards. Cons
Tech leadership has been in utter turmoil for years, all the way to the top, where it feels either entirely absent (at the very top), or operating with threats as a main tool. Where as only a few years ago, the theme was positive motivation, Agility, and collaboration, that movement was failed by its own bringers under weak decision-making, and not working with the constant entitlement from the business to do things 'their way', handcuffing the entire movement. Now, with everything in the red, over-resourced and under-produced, tech leadership has shifted to overworking people with date-driven threats to salvage crippled efforts, due to the bloat of business confusion and demand, and everyone only looking out for themselves.
