Pros

Tech hub in Buffalo is a nice facility. Employees there are so helpful.

Cons

A lot has changed between 2023-2026. Back in person 4 days a week, a lot of layoffs and firing, and removal of a lot of in-office perks. Also a ton of changes in management especially in tech. They aren't transparent about anything.

Work from home, not needing your own equipment

Cons

Constant micromanagement to where “supervisors” would contact us multiple times per day to coach us on things we were not trained on telling us to sell loans. Coaching every other day (but told upon exiting training it would only be “when needed”)…where do I end? Training was just reading articles as training was done by an outside company and refused to train on actual phones, we were told to train on our personal time
