Pros

A first class company, very ethical and professional environment. The company operates very conservatively, which provides a great deal of job security.

Cons

The company runs very lean, when there is employee turnover it creates problems with getting things done efficiently. Where you are located has a great impact on the opportunities for advancement and job changes and flexibility. Some areas have a much bigger presence in their markets than others.

Pros

The Bank offered me the foundations to become a successful employee, and allowed me to work autonomously while having the ability to reach out to senior people if necessary. For the most part people (customers and staff) were professional and friendly.

Cons

As with any bank there is definitely a hierarchy and chain of command has to be followed. While you were able to go out on your own and produce you still had management watching you and providing feedback that was not necessarily productive. It could have paid a more competitive salary as well.
