      Pros

      Great benefits - flexible time off, easy hours. My day always ended at 5. I never had to work weekends and generally was able to get in by 8:30 and take a one hour lunch break.

      Cons

      old organization - not very diverse or flexible. I found that management wasn't very interested in working with the management development program trainees- rather, I got the impression that management felt we were overpaid and spoiled. The culture in Baltimore is very different from Buffalo. If you want to get ahead in the organization you need to stay in Buffalo where the majority of the firm's management sits.

      They offered an overall good benefits package--when all benefits are considered.

      The biggest downside is lack of employee advancement opportunities.

      Pros

      If you wish to be a good vegetable, fully capable of executing your responsibilities within a box, have a medieval Buffalo mindset, work 9-5 you are at the best place. There is nothing better than charging above average fees to a bunch of underserved communities such as Buffalo and rural PA.

      Cons

      No work satisfaction, no way to advance unless you are part of the old-white-boy club, sexist organization that uses EOE training as a ruse to protect itself from lawsuits...need I say more?
