      It pays most of the bills

      Cons

      Senior management completely out of touch with the rest of us. Still using 1980s technology on dos systems, data very siloed. Tons of data exists but can't figure out who owns it or who actually understands what it means. Codes are great but if you don't have a list to what they mean, they're useless. Love how they promote sustainability and being environmentally friendly but in the same breath force us back commuting 4x a week. Don't think that's helping ease climate change. If we are more productive at home why waste the $ to bring us back?

      -4 days in office -low pay and bonuses -executive leadership is very out of touch with employees -processes are always changing -no room for growth

      Great colleagues to work with, clear efforts to foster a culture of continuous learning through training and professional development opportunities, generous PTO/holiday/volunteer time, autonomy of work and independence, travel, office perks

      Cons

      Dated technology, lack of clear processes, confusing hierarchies, unclear roles and responsibilities, staffing gaps, disorganized collaboration, ambiguity around clear ownership, high sales goals for many, nepotism, no cell phone reimbursements, and minimal financial support regarding travel, no flexibility on remote work.
