Pros

That you're not a prisoner, so I was able to leave freely.

Cons

MOST employees do not get paid on time, and those that do ask to get paid after months of not receiving their pay and STILL working, get less work or no work at all. Instead of giving ANY reason as to why employees are not getting paid, management continues to demean their employees by pointing out any faults ignoring their own. While constructive criticism is welcomed by employees, insults are not which is really what corporate does when they communicate with their employees.

Have Not Been Paid!

Pros

They offer a good hourly salary and some travel expenses. The team of Brand Ambassadors was great and the team leader was great.

Cons

Its been at least 6 weeks and I have not been paid! I have been in contact with two other BA's that did the job and no one has been paid. Any other job I have done we have always been paid in 2 weeks. This is unacceptable. The employees are PEOPLE and we have expenses and a life to live. This is disrespectful and neglectful. Please pay what you promised in a timely manner!

If you aren't being paid it is usually because you have not filled out the information in our on-line event site properly. 6 weeks is a long time to wait to get paid, so I imagine that this is why...M2W has thousands of brand people working each week, we try to make the entering of information as simple as possible, if you are having trouble please reach out to your market manager.

M2W pays their staff on a regular and prompt basis, we depend on our staff to enter accurate information, often times that information is incorrect or legal employment paperwork is not complete which ultimately delays some compensation here and there.
