Pros

the benefits are extraordinary. they will also invest in your skills by encouraging and paying for more training.

Cons

need to figure out a better (and more consistent) work from home policy. pay is lower than competitors.

Pros

Awesome company to work for - annual growth of 30+%, young company but great financial stability, lots of perks not limited to health benefits, 401K, but also free drinks, Friday lunches, and employee hang-out events

Cons

Employee retention sees to be low - many names I see but don't recognize... Some are gone before some of us get the chance to meet
