Pros

Benefits package is first rate. Employee programs are excellent. Interesting work. Nice people. Any complaints are really "first world" problems. Salaries are low/average for the industry, but balanced with excellent medical and 401K matches.

Cons

Limited upward mobility. Heavier workloads tend to go unrecognized, creating burnout in some. Inconsistent work from home policy breeds resentment.

Great Benefits. Great People. Great Leadership. Great Strategic Vision.

Cons

The individuals who have the largest workloads find it harder it is to impress Management since management judges success based off of going above and beyond your KPI's and day to day job responsibilities. Individuals with smaller workloads get rewarded more because they have more time to do side tasks that impress management.
