Pros

I have been with M3 for a little over 2 years, and I have excelled here more than I ever have at other companies. In just a short amount of time I was introduced to new departments and positions and set on track to excel in my career path. There is a lot of room for growth, great coworkers, good benefits, and always an exciting work envoirnment. Also, there is flexibility to help accommodate my home life., which to me is extremely important.

Cons

Sometimes on Pizza Friday (everyweek) -- whoever is in charge of ordering will order order from a local pizza shop. Pizza Hut is the way to go.

Pros

M3 is a company that encourages innovation by its employees. Employees are truly team members who look out for and help each other no matter what business unit they're in. The company has a very dot com feel to it; everyone sits in communal spaces which encourages communication and a sense of community and there are lots of company-sponsored events and competitions. Company leadership is strong, fair, and makes clear what the company's goals and visions are, but is also very fraternal and approachable.

Cons

Elevators are sort of slow, but that's not M3's fault!

Work from home Great management Employees really love working here Great work atmosphere Great benefits and compensation Your opinion matters and they ask for feedback often They really want to see you succeed!

Cons

The previous reviews are pathetic and just meant to try and smear a fantastic growing company. I would not put much value in them at all.
