Some roles have the opportunity to work remotely

Cons

They have a culture of fear, blame, and termination. They refuse to collaborate because anyone that collaborates opens risk of termination because the moment any project or sales goal isn't met they will find someone to pin it on. Their upper management is completely uncaring about individuals, HR sees everyone as both a number and a threat. They drive everyone towards unattainable goals, do not provide any kind of resources or direction to try to achieve them, then terminate you if you don't achieve them.
