Pros

I cannot think of any real pros here.

Cons

It is clear that there is favoritism between certain employees in terms of scheduling, benefits and pay. Some people are more overworked and more underpaid than others. They sacrifice the good employees for the sake of following conflicting policies. They rather make profit than keep clients happy & satisfied. Client services is a low priority on this company’s list. I don’t know how this is possible because to make more revenue, you need to be willing to take a hit on costs in order to keep repeat business coming. Management has conflicting expectations about work-life balance - in other words, they’ll tell you they believe in working 8am to 5pm days but then reprimand you for not working long hours. Their actions speak louder than words - the overall theme was if you don’t work long hours Monday through Friday following internal conflicting policies over client services, good luck lasting at M3. It was mentioned in a prior review that they are looking for the “perfect” candidate - that is true, but once you are in, they expect a “perfect” employee too. If you don’t aim to be “perfect”, they’ll look for any excuse to let their employees go. While I understand middle managers are under a lot of stress from orders that are being implemented from top executives, it is not an excuse to micromanage their teams resulting in long weekdays. I cannot see how anyone who has a spouse, kids, or aging parents would be able to succeed in this type of environment - it’s stress all day long. Single people would definitely have to delay their personal plans to focus on this job and devote their lives to this job. In addition to the above statements, you are busy at all times of the year - not just a specific season. You’re busy all time due to a lot of red tape and internal policies - you’re doing more internal work than you are with client services. Any role in this company would be considered about 80% dealing with each other internally and 20% dealing with clients externally. Considering how much I was paid and the amount of overtime involved, the pay really wasn’t worth it. They do offer bonuses and commission but the bonuses and commission are so little that it’s practically pocket change - it doesn’t make up for all the overtime hours you’ll be putting into the company. They say there is opportunity to grow within the company but I see that opportunity is only extended to employees that they like (favoritism). Last but not least, this is easily the most disorganized company I have ever worked for. There is no structure - each department has their own rules and do not work together to make running projects seamlessly. To make a client happy, you have to have teamwork - and none of this “well, sorry it’s not my job or can’t help you there”. Software is outdated thus causing employees across the board to be less efficient.

Pros

For the most part people are nice to you. They are willing to help you and make sure you succeed. The HR department does a great job with trying to help all of the employees that come in the best they can. If you get the right manager you are pretty much set. Food every other Friday. Long Xmas/New Year break

Cons

Even if you are doing your best unless you are doing serious brown nosing there is no movement upwards. The company starts you off with great perks and they take them away and pretty much tell you to deal with the changes. (Perks include working from home, Remote employment and Company Phone) If you have any issues with people that are well liked or brown nose alot nothing will ever get done. It just gets swept under the rug. The only time something happens is when you have a great manager.

Pros

Benefits Able to work from home

Cons

Some executives are unprofessional and act like they can do or say whatever they want. Complaints are swept under the rug. Morale is very low.
