      Pros

      Good pay, some flexibility depending on what department you work for.

      Cons

      management too top heavy. Cannot count the number of VP's and Directors, seems unnecessary. Benefits could be better as well as vacation for long term employees.

      Money to purchase/expand fabs (In my field). Macom's resources at disposal (coming from a small business perspective)

      Large Company, bureaucracy. Lower than normal pay, having trouble retaining employees.
