      Not many. Operations workers are great people to work with though.

      Cons

      Management has been getting rid of manufacturing for the last 5 years and won't be happy until it's all gone. They're proud of the fact that they are experts in cost-cutting and the "strategic use of temporary employment". (exact quote from VP)

      Free coffee. Bagels or donuts every week.

      Cons

      Worst benefits for a public company I have ever seen. 401K only contributes annually on a certain date if you are working there. Deceptive HR people.
