      1) Technical Transparency which can enable you to learn more 2) ZERO politics - everyone is open for discussion 3) Most stuffs are managed my technically sound people 4) Excellent office facility in Pune with Canteen, Gym, huge cubicles 8x8 feet

      1) Compensation compared to Bangalore 2) Most decisions driven by US management

      Pros

      It is a very friendly environment with a lot of great people. When walking through the halls everyone says good morning, good afternoon, etc.

      Cons

      Doesn't look like there is that much upward mobility. There was a lot of emphasis on stock price.

      Pros

      Every other department is pretty chill and friendly. Most are very approachable and always willing to help. But that is just most departments.....

      Cons

      As I mention every department is pretty nice and approachable however it depend on which department you are in. I was unfortunately trapped at a role with in a department that lacked motivation and training offer to me.
