As you know, we're a diverse company servicing multiple end markets spanning Telecom, Data Center and Industrial and Defense. While servicing these diverse markets, the company remains committed and focused to dedicating resources and investing in each. Our Industrial and Defense market enabled by over 3000+ products was most recently 33% of global revenue and was up 10% sequentially, while our Front-end Modules, GaN transistors, and AlGaAs technology enable a sizable amount of the Telecom market which was 35% of global revenue. While these end markets ebb and flow, MACOM holds a very strong market position in traditional microwave and millimeterwave applications and remains focused on RF to capitalize on this position. - MACOM

Our company has grown exponentially over the last few years, resulting in significant changes.       Pros

      Highly supportive India management and equally good engineering team. Top notch engineers with devotion towards their job makes them the best of the class.

      Cons

      Post MACOM acquisition things are going the opposite way. Not a great deal of new path breaking work happening. Not much cons, with some trust and corrections in approach it’s the best I have worked in.
