Nice 4 on 4 off and 3 on 3 off schedule. It's good if you don't mind 12 hour shifts. Management tends to leave you alone and let you do your job.

Cons

Not enough tools to keep up with demand.

Rapidly expanding company. Strong management is in place and they give very clear goals and objectives. Profitable. Great opportunities for career development. Very strong design engineering.

Cons

Because the company is growing so rapidly, there can be some compromise on work/life balance. Most managers seem to be aware of this.
