Small cubes no windows, no direction. Interns are treated much nicer lookout if you plan to come on board. So depressing. Management is clueless . A lot of self important people with no consideration for the real workers . They spend far too much time in meetings and private lunches.

Poor training, if any at all. Terrible upper management who only cares about the bottom line, not retaining quality employees. Management degrades employees frequently. Senior management cares little to change what is wrong and look at the issues, instead they are constantly focused on the quarterly numbers.
