Pros

A lot of vacation time, interesting work

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for growth, used to be very stable but not anymore, people are seldom promoted based on performance. Very clique-ish.

Pros

Good benefits. Looks good on a resume. Exposure to widely used systems and develop a diverse skill set.

Cons

There are too many internal processes and systems, this complicates the job and adds additional work for an overworked staff. Considering the size of the company pay is very low. There is little to no room for growth. Turnover is high, and the company downsizes quite often. If you like to jump through hoops in order to complete simple tasks, then this is the job for you.

- Excellent benefits - Friendly culture - Diverse group of individuals - Ability to move around and grow as a member of the support staff

Cons

- HR didn't listen until it was too late, and then realized their mistakes - Mismanaged and lots of misinformation floating constantly - Well, the office is closing....
