      Great company with great benefits as well as great coworkers. Plenty of opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      A lot of micromanagement from supervisors. Seemed as if they did not do any work or knew what was going on. Supervisors relied heavily on teams to know what was going on and to make them look good.

      Working in IT at HQ provides you with a host of opportunities for personal development and growth. Great colleagues as well.

      Cons

      Haven't experienced any negatives as of yet. There are of course always some colleagues that are easier to work with than others, but the same can be said for every company.
