      Pros

      Young colleagues and interesting tasks from day one. The problems/tasks I am facing are usually interesting and require creative problem solving skills. I felt from day one that what I do matters.

      Cons

      For Danish standards, I find the salary quite low after having compared with fellow students. I think the salary should be flexible, as opposed to 'fixed' group wide.
