      Pros

      You'll stay motivated working here, if for no other reason than the constant threat of our industry becoming "outdated". The comp & ben package are singularly impressive. Jennifer Ivie makes sure you get the perks coming to you. When she was gone having a baby recently, you could definitely tell. Glad she's back.

      Cons

      The management encourages the kind of competition which can undermine team cohesion and plant divisiveness.
