Cons

Sort of feel forgotten after training program. Not alot of meaningful work. Hard to get additional training courses approved

go area for team to work. they offer courses for staff to attend. management are approachable they are the biggest shipping line in the world (well, apart from MSC)

Cons

they hire anyone, even if they know nothing, which is fine with training, but they place them in the executive clients pool and they know not what the client wants, i.e. roro, bb. its a bluff and the accounts team are so bad they have to get the normal staff in to clear up the accounts mess
