go area for team to work. they offer courses for staff to attend. management are approachable they are the biggest shipping line in the world (well, apart from MSC)

Cons

they hire anyone, even if they know nothing, which is fine with training, but they place them in the executive clients pool and they know not what the client wants, i.e. roro, bb. its a bluff and the accounts team are so bad they have to get the normal staff in to clear up the accounts mess

You might move within the company and throughout the globe, finding always new challenges as a professional.

Cons

Money is not good. Local administrators can't do much for their countries, HQ gives the orders without the right intel. And the industry is going through rough times.
