Very good company if you wish to learn about the shipping industry. Really a thought leader. Where many talented people work. Very international

Too many captains on the ship. It is not easy to make the difference as there are many different departments and managers responsible for only as small part of the firm. There have been many restructurings

Pros

Salary and benefits are good. Vacation policies are good. Multicultural environment. Company language is English which helps team diversity.

Cons

Obtaining visas and the paperwork associated with it are intimidating. Management direction changes frequently and is sometimes not logical. First year vacation policies are restrictive (Danes can carry their vacation form job to job) but new employees from foreign countries cannot.
